You will liaise with technical and commercial colleagues to gather information, ensure submissions are compliant, accurate, and delivered by deadlines, and maintain schedules across multiple bids. This onsite role supports a growing business in delivering high-quality responses.

Qualifications

• Experience in bid coordination or tender coordination or project support.
• Keen eye for detail and able to ensure compliance standards are met.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to gather, coordinate and present information.
• Collaborative team player across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating the end-to-end tender process from opportunities through to submission.
• Reviewing tender documentation, evaluating criteria and key deadlines.
• Liaising with internal departments to gather both technical and commercial information.
• Maintaining schedules and monitoring progress.
• Uploading and submitting tender responses.
• Ensuring all submissions comply with client requirements, regulations and quality standards.
