Qualifications

• Must be highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and stakeholders.
• Experience or exposure to onboarding processes in telecoms, connectivity, or hosted telephony preferred.
• A background in logistics, utilities, IT, or similar settings welcome.

Responsabilités

• Own customers from sales handover to go live and manage the end-to-end onboarding process.
• Coordinate provisioning, installs, number porting and connectivity for each order.
• Chase Sales, Technical, Engineering and suppliers to keep orders moving and prevent delays.
