Roche is seeking an experienced End-to-End Business Team Coach to partner with high-priority teams across the R&D value chain. You will build and execute a systemic coaching strategy to improve team effectiveness, align stakeholders, and accelerate decision-making and delivery within the Growth & Performance portfolio.

You will drive strategic business impact by focusing on value drivers, fostering health and alignment of teams, and leveraging data to demonstrate measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s/MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of Pharma/Biotech or high-complexity industries experience.
• Experience coaching global, matrixed teams through drug development lifecycles.

Responsabilités

• Deliver end-to-end systemic coaching interventions for high-priority assets and cross-functional teams.
• Coach teams toward excellence in problem-solving and execution.
• Partner with Resourcing Leads and Global Program Managers to accelerate team effectiveness.
