You will build and execute a systemic coaching strategy that accelerates decision-making and delivery while aligning stakeholders with PD's core priorities.

You will drive data-informed interventions, foster team health, and apply AI to enhance coaching effectiveness across the global organization, contributing to Roche's drug development

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's/MBA preferred.
• Formal accreditation in Team Coaching (ICF/EMCC) essential.
• 10+ years in Pharma/Biotech or high-complexity industries.
• Experience coaching global, matrixed teams through large-scale change.
• Ability to coach beyond 1:1 to cross-functional teams.

Aufgaben

• Deliver systemic end-to-end team coaching for high-priority assets and cross-functional teams.
• Drive strategic business impact by coaching teams toward excellence in problem-solving and delivery.
• Foster team health and alignment with RLs and GPMs, considering TA nuances.
• Operationalize TA-Model with targeting value and aligned triggers.
• Use data/metrics to demonstrate measurable coaching impact across the PD organization.
• Embed AI, automation and digital tools to enhance coaching efficiency and outcomes.
• Contribute to standards of practice and value measurement & reporting.
