Job summary

Roche is seeking an experienced End-to-End Business Team Coach in Welwyn to partner with high-priority teams across the R&D value chain. You will design and implement systemic coaching strategies, accelerating decision-making and delivery while aligning with PD Growth & Performance priorities.

You will apply TA knowledge, leverage AI insights, and drive cross-functional collaboration with RLs and GPMs to improve team health and performance, contributing to Roche's mission to advance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's/MBA preferred; accreditation in Team Coaching (ICF/EMCC) essential.
• 10+ years in Pharma/Biotech or high-complexity industries with global, matrixed teams.
• Deep understanding of systemic frameworks and business dynamics across R&D, Regulatory, and Commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end systemic coaching interventions for high-priority assets and teams.
• Drive business impact by coaching teams to excel in problem-solving and delivery.
• Partner with Resourcing Leads and Global Program Managers to improve team health and alignment.
• Operationalize TA-Model by aligning coaching with LSPC prioritization.
• Use data and metrics to demonstrate the measurable impact of coaching interventions.
