Job summary

Bis Henderson is seeking an experienced End-to-End Supply Chain Manager in the Redditch area. The role requires oversight of forecasting, sales planning, purchasing, manufacturing, logistics and inventory management to deliver on-time, in-full product availability within budget.

The candidate will utilise ERP/MRP systems and strong analytical skills to align customer demand with procurement, capacity, and logistics, ensuring continuous improvement and high service levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years' experience in end-to-end supply chain roles such as planning, purchasing, manufacturing or logistics.
• Strong ERP/MRP systems knowledge and experience with supply chain software.
• Excellent analytical and organisational skills with a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Forecast demand and lead sales planning using historical data and trends.
• Coordinate with sales and commercial teams to align demand and customer expectations.
• Lead S&OP processes to match forecasts with procurement and production.
• Oversee purchasing activities, supplier relations, POs, and material availability.
• Ensure procurement plans align with production schedules and delivery requirements.
• Monitor supplier performance, lead times and costs to minimise disruption.
• Coordinate manufacturing schedules with forecasts and capacity.
• Collaborate with manufacturing to meet targets and customer commitments.
• Identify bottlenecks and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Manage inbound/outbound logistics, warehousing and stock control.
• Maintain accurate inventory across raw materials, WIP and finished goods.
• Optimise stock levels and logistics costs while ensuring product availability.
