Job summary

Bis Henderson Recruitment is seeking an experienced End-to-End Supply Chain Manager in the Redditch area to oversee forecasting, purchasing, manufacturing, logistics and inventory management. The role requires a minimum of five years' relevant experience, strong ERP/MRP knowledge and a proven track record of delivering customer service excellence.

You will align demand with procurement, production capacity and logistics to ensure on-time, in-full delivery.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in end-to-end supply chain management.
• Strong ERP and MRP system knowledge.
• Excellent analytical, organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage demand forecasting and sales planning, using historical data to maintain accurate forecasts.
• Coordinate S&OP to align forecasts with purchasing, production and stock availability.
• Oversee purchasing, supplier relationships, POs and material availability.
• Ensure procurement plans align with forecasts, production schedules and customer delivery needs.
• Monitor supplier performance, lead times and costs to minimise delays.
• Coordinate manufacturing schedules with demand forecasts, material availability and capacity.
• Work with manufacturing to meet production targets and customer commitments.
• Identify and resolve production bottlenecks, shortages and scheduling conflicts.
• Manage inbound and outbound logistics, warehousing, stock control and distribution.
• Ensure accurate inventory management across materials, WIP and finished goods.
• Optimise stock levels and logistics costs while maintaining product availability.
