Job summary

Weston College is seeking a Recruitment and Retention Officer to join the HR team. This full-time, on-site role based at Knightstone Campus, Weston-super-Mare, involves ownership of end-to-end recruitment across multiple departments and managing advertising, selection programmes and interviews.

You will handle offers, contracts, onboarding and maintain accurate records in iTrent and the SCR, ensuring GDPR and ISO 27001 compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience working in recruitment, HR or onboarding.
• Experience using HR or recruitment systems.
• Proficient with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Teams).
• CIPD Level 3 qualification (or equivalent).
• Knowledge of Safer Recruitment and/or Safeguarding processes is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment across designated departments.
• Advertise roles on Weston College Group websites and external sites.
• Create and manage selection programmes and interview processes.
