Job summary

Henry Blue is partnering with a Further Education college in West London to recruit a Recruitment Officer. You will lead end-to-end recruitment across the College, from creating adverts to onboarding, delivering a high-quality candidate experience.

The role requires managing campaigns, building pipelines, and partnering with hiring managers to ensure compliant, inclusive recruitment. A focus on timely onboarding and market insight will be essential.

Henry Blue are working with a Further Education college based in West London who are looking for a Recruitment Officer to join their HR team and deliver high-quality, end-to-end recruitment across the College.

The Role

• Manage recruitment campaigns from attraction through to onboarding.
• Create engaging adverts and use innovative sourcing methods.
• Build talent pipelines and tackle hard-to-fill vacancies.
• Partner with hiring managers and provide recruitment market insight.
• Ensure recruitment is compliant, inclusive and delivers an excellent candidate experience.

About You

You ll have proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally within an in-house, agency or education environment, with experience of high-volume recruitment.

You ll also have strong knowledge of UK recruitment legislation, excellent communication and organisational skills, and a proactive, problem-solving approach.
