Job summary

Clientshare is seeking a Product Manager in London to own features end-to-end from discovery to launch. You will work directly with customers, engineering and design to shape scope, drive delivery and deliver value. Qualifications

• 2-5 years in product management or equivalent experience.
• Confident when speaking with prospects and customers.
• Translate technical concepts into plain language for non-technical buyers.
• Able to work independently on defined scope.
• Good sense of design and product taste.
• Fluent use of AI tools as a multiplier, not a replacement.
• Curiosity about B2B SaaS and how customers use products.

Responsibilities

• Own features from discovery through to delivery and launch.
• Contribute to discovery, user research notes, competitive intel, and scoping.
• Support sales and CTO in prospect calls, explaining features to customers.
• Maintain the backlog with grooming and prioritisation input.
• Collaborate with customer success, engineering and design to keep delivery moving.
• Assess feature performance post-launch and feed findings into the roadmap.
