Catering in Manchester is seeking a Payroll Administrator to manage end-to-end payroll for a large workforce, ensuring accurate wage calculations and tax compliance.

You will handle HMRC submissions, BACS payments, pension deductions and time-sheets processing, with hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 days at home) and a strong pension scheme. Competitive salary and benefits are on offer.

Responsibilities

• Processing end to end payroll for a large volume of employees
• Dealing with complex wage / shift calculations
• Dealing with general payroll and tax queries
• HMRC submissions
• Handling BACS payments, pensions and deductions
• Assisting with year-end reporting, audits and reconciliations
• Dealing with and processing timesheets
• Additional payroll responsibilities
