Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience managing payroll processes end-to-end.
• Strong knowledge of Sage Payroll and year-end processes.
• Good understanding of HMRC requirements and UK payroll legislation.

Responsibilities

• Manage weekly and monthly payrolls with deadlines.
• Maintain employee payroll records including starters, leavers, absences and changes.
• Submit RTI returns and manage year-end processes (P60s, P11Ds).
• Reconcile payroll reports and respond to queries promptly.
• Ensure payroll practices comply with HMRC requirements.
