Altrad are currently looking for an Internal Recruiter to join the team based in Goldthorpe.

The successful candidate will run the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing through to onboarding, while building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business in the UK.

Qualifications

• Proven recruitment experience (agency or in-house).
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience using ATS platforms (e.g., I-Trent or Eploy).
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Passion for finding top talent and driving success.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to plan for future hiring needs
• Act as a trusted advisor on recruitment best practices
• Ensure compliance with UK employment law and company policies
• Thrive in a dynamic workplace with shifting priorities
