Job summary

The Collective Network Limited is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex hardware projects in Gloucestershire. You will craft robust project plans, manage resources, and ensure schedules and budgets stay in sync with realistic timelines.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience in composites or aerospace projects, able to juggle multiple initiatives, and proficient with Office 365 tools (Project, Excel, PowerPoint).

Qualifications

• Experience in composites or aerospace project management is essential.
• Hands-on PM delivering hardware from development through to production.
• Proven track record running multiple projects simultaneously without losing control.

Responsibilities

• Own project delivery end to end, from kick-off through to completion.
• Build real project plans with critical paths, resource loading and honest timelines.
• Keep cost and schedule in the same picture to enable informed trade-offs.
• Be the main point of contact for customers and internal teams, with concise reporting and actionable insight.
• Spot risks early, quantify them and escalate before they become problems.
• Feed lessons learned back into how the team plans and governs future projects.
