Job summary

Redline Group Ltd in Bedford is seeking a Project Manager to own the delivery of business-critical projects from inception through to customer acceptance at a Bedfordshire site.

You will manage projects across engineering, procurement, production and delivery, ensuring milestones and customer requirements are met while maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring compliance with invoicing and export controls.

Qualifications

• Engineering/manufacturing PM experience required.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Experience with MS Project, Excel and Word.
• PRINCE2/APM or Scrum qualifications advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from order to delivery and customer acceptance.
• Create and maintain project plans, schedules and risk registers.
• Coordinate internal teams across Engineering, Procurement and Production.
• Manage customer communications, reviews, meetings and actions.
• Ensure documentation and customer requirements are delivered.
• Monitor milestones, payments, invoicing and export compliance.
• Maintain customer relationships and provide regular updates.
• Handle customer returns, upgrades, rework and warranty where applicable.

A Project Manager is sought to join an innovative engineering team in Bedford, Bedfordshire, taking ownership of the successful delivery of business-critical projects from inception through to customer acceptance.

The Project Manager, Bedford, Bedfordshire, will manage projects across engineering, procurement, production and delivery, ensuring milestones, customer requirements and commercial objectives are achieved.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage projects from order placement through to delivery and customer acceptance
• Create and maintain project plans, schedules and risk registers
• Coordinate internal teams across Engineering, Procurement and Production
• Manage customer communications, project reviews, meetings and actions
• Ensure project documentation and customer requirements are delivered
• Monitor project milestones, payments, invoicing and export compliance
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide regular project updates
• Manage customer returns, upgrades, rework and warranty requirements where applicable

The Project Manager, Bedford, Bedfordshire, will have the following key skills:

• Previous Project Management experience within an engineering or manufacturing environment
• Strong organisational, problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication, customer service and stakeholder management skills
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
