Job summary

Marks Sattin is seeking a diligent Credit Controller for a Kent-based client. You will own the divisional accounts receivable, manage end-to-end payment processing, and perform daily reconciliations across multiple platforms, ensuring accurate data in the finance systems.

You will liaise with Admissions and other teams, investigate unapplied receipts, and support month-end reporting and year-end audit tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end credit control and accounts receivable.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to work with multiple systems.
• Good communication with internal teams and customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage payment processing and daily reconciliations.
• Maintain sales ledger with invoices and credit notes.
• Investigate unapplied receipts and allocate correctly.
• Prepare weekly credit control reports and monitor balances.
• Support month-end and year-end reporting tasks.
