Job summary

JC Virtual PMs is recruiting a capable Project Manager to deliver construction and refurbishment projects from inception to handover. You will run day-to-day management remotely, with occasional site visits, reporting to a Senior Project Manager and acting as the client’s main contact on your projects.

Qualifications

• Around 5 years' construction project management experience in consultancy or client-side roles
• Knowledge of the RIBA Plan of Work and CDM 2015
• Experience administering JCT or NEC contracts
• Clear communication with clients, consultants and contractors
• Right to work in the country where you will be based

Responsibilities

• Manage projects through the RIBA stages from brief to handover
• Prepare and maintain Project Execution Plans, programmes, risk registers and progress reports
• Chair design team and contractor progress meetings and track actions
• Coordinate consultants, contractors and client stakeholders
• Administer procurement and contracts (JCT, NEC) and manage change
• Monitor budgets and report variances in project controls platform
• Ensure CDM 2015 duties are understood and met across the team
