Job summary

UK Power Networks is seeking a Connection Coordinator based at our Bidder Street office to manage end-to-end quotations, bookings, payments and MPANs, acting as the sole customer contact through each stage of the project. This role drives BMoCS performance and customer satisfaction.

It is a permanent role with a salary of £40,144 per annum plus a 3% bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package including pension, travel support and flexible leave. Close date 8 September 2026.

Qualifications

• Team player capable of working with others to achieve shared goals.
• Good telephone skills for customer contact and updates.
• Strong PC literacy and ability to use multiple systems efficiently.
• Flexible attitude to working hours and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Be the customers' sole contact with UKPN throughout the end-to-end process.
• Contribute to the BMoCS score by delivering high levels of service.
• Receive and process the customer's initial enquiry and book site visits.
• Raise, issue and manage quotations and MPAN numbers.
• Schedule and monitor all works into weekly programmes.
• Take payment from customers and provide alternative payment methods.
• Ensure compliance with regulator timelines and GSOP standards.
