Qualifications

• CILA qualification is an advantage but not essential.
• Experience managing claims across multiple clients.
• Excellent communication and customer service; negotiate settlements.

Responsibilities

• Act as the single contact point for customers, providing a first class service.
• Liaise with suppliers, manage claims, information, and supplier projects, and control all costs and payments.
