Job summary

A leading assessment organization is seeking a Freelance End Point Assessor for the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning sector. This role requires substantial HVAC experience and expertise in conducting assessments. Candidates must have relevant membership and qualifications in assessment. This position is contract-based, offering flexible hours as it may require travel within the Liverpool/North West region.

Qualifications

• Recent experience in the HVAC sector gained in the last 5 years.
• Professional body membership with the Institute of Refrigeration is required.
• Must hold or be working towards an assessor qualification.

Responsibilities

• Assess the apprentice against Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviors.
• Upload reports following assessments promptly.
• Prepare for assessments and identify gaps in KSBs.

Skills

Recent relevant experience in the sector

Ability to build rapport with apprentices

Understanding of End Point Assessments

Education

Assessor qualification (A1 or equivalent)

Professional body membership with the Institute of Refrigeration
