Shaftesbury is recruiting an Enabling Support Worker for Wall Street, Hereford. You will provide support and encouragement guided by the person-centred plan, maintain records, and may assist with personal care and medication.

Sleep-in duties may be required with an extra £60 per night. Based at Wall Street residential home in Hereford city centre, the role supports people with cerebral palsy, MS and brain injury, with a person-centred, flexible approach and a strong emphasis on safeguarding and

• Maintain accurate records at work in line with service requirements.
• May administer personal care and medication.
• Cover sleep-in sessions with additional £60 per sleep in.
