Job summary

Shaftesbury Wall Street in Hereford is recruiting for an Enabling Support Worker to provide care and encouragement under a person-centred plan. You may be required to administer personal care and medications and to cover sleep-in shifts for an additional £60 per session.

The role is based in a residential Hereford city centre setting with a caring, inclusive ethos and opportunities for training and development within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Caring and community-minded mindset
• Experience in care setting preferred
• Ability to follow person-centred support plans

Responsibilities

• Provide support and encouragement by following the person-centred support plan
• Maintain accurate records while at work in line with service requirements
• Administer personal care and medication as required
• Cover sleep-in sessions (additional £60 per sleep-in)
