Job summary

Shaftesbury group is recruiting a Part Time Enabling Support Worker to assist people in Conwy in their own homes and supported living settings. You will follow person-centred plans, provide encouragement, and maintain accurate records while respecting privacy and dignity.

The role includes occasional sleep-in duties with a payment of £60 per sleep-in and a commitment to flexible, compassionate care across our services in Conwy and Denbighshire. A friendly, respectful team environment awaits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide support and encouragement per plan.
• Assist with personal care and medication administration if required.
