Location: Llandudno, Conwy
Salary: £12.25 per hour
Hours: 24.5 hours per week

As an Enabling Support Worker, your role will be to provide support and encouragement, following the guidance of both the person supported and the person-centred support plan.
You will need to maintain accurate records in line with service requirements and may be required to administer personal care and medication.
There will be a requirement to cover sleep-in sessions, for which you will be paid an additional £60 per sleep-in.
Their supported living services operate in Conwy, Denbighshire, and Wrexham, providing person-centred, responsive support in individuals' own homes. Support is available 24 hours a day, with staff working closely with local GPs, psychologists, psychiatrists, speech and language therapists, and community/learning disability nurses to tailor support to each individual.
Each person has their own bedroom, which they can decorate as they wish, creating a homely and welcoming environment they are proud of.
