Network Health & Social Care are urgently recruiting Female Support Workers to join our team of highly motivated and enthusiastic staff who are committed to providing a service that promotes safety, health, wellbeing, choice, and independence through a person-centred approach.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience working in Supported Living.
- Pay rates from £12.45 - £14.03 per hour
- Up to 25 hours per week available
- Location: L11 - Norris Green
- Weekly pay
- Flexible hours to suit
- Local office
- Free ongoing annual training
- Holiday/SSP
- Free DBS (T&Cs apply)
Candidates must have the ability to provide high-quality support, enabling clients to achieve their goals and live as independently as possible. Support includes assisting people with physical disabilities in daily activities, developing personal skills, and helping them reach their potential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. Flexibility, adaptability, and availability to work various days are required. Use initiative, work under guidance, and be willing to undertake training.
