Job summary

ALABARÉ is a charity that provides accommodation and support for people facing homelessness and mental health challenges. We are recruiting full-time Enablement & Transition Officers for our Homelessness service in Salisbury and Chippenham.

37.5 hours per week on a rota including weekends and bank holidays; a full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential. We offer a welcoming, inclusive workplace with meaningful, rewarding work and a competitive package.

Salary: £26,968.50 - £27,787.50 Per annum after probation

Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week worked on a flexible 7-day rota including weekends, evenings and bank holidays, (working 5 days out of 7)

Contract type: Permanent

ALABARÉ aims to break the cycle of homelessness by offering safe housing, mental health support, and pathways to independence. The charity has expanded its services across the Southwest and Wales, supporting thousands of people every year.

We are currently recruiting full time 37.5 hours per week Enablement & Transition Officers (ETOs) for our Homelessness service, with opportunities available in Salisbury (96) and Chippenham (101).

The role is worked on a rota basis, including days, weekends, and bank holidays. A full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential.
