Derbyshire County Council is seeking an Enablement Support Worker for our Adult Social Care Short-Term Reablement teams based in Bolsover. This part-time role (18 hours per week) involves delivering personalised care, support with daily tasks, and helping clients regain independence in their own homes.

A driving licence and vehicle access are essential. We provide full training, a supportive team environment, and opportunities for career growth within Derbyshire County Council.

Location: Bolsover Derbyshire

Contract Options: 18 hours per week (with flexibility for extra hours)

Pay: Competitive (Grade 5)

Shifts: Rota-based including days, nights, weekends & bank holidays

The job may require unsocial hours working including weekends and Bank Holidays. Payment arrangements will be detailed in any contract offer made.

Saturday and Sunday hours will be paid at plain time where it is part of your normal working pattern unless it is between 7pm and 7am, where enhanced rates of pay apply. Enhanced pay rates are paid for Bank Holiday working.
