Job summary

Derbyshire County Council in Bolsover is seeking Enablement Support Workers to join our Adult Social Care short-term reablement teams. You will help clients regain independence in their own homes and support a move back to daily living.

No prior experience is required as full training is provided. The role offers rota-based shifts, including days, nights, weekends and bank holidays, with opportunities to develop within our care department.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Willingness to work on a rota including unsocial hours.
• Full training including the Care Certificate provided.

Responsibilities

• Support clients in their own homes to regain independence.
• Deliver personalised care plans including personal and domestic tasks.
• Collaborate with a multi-professional team and participate in discussions.
• Record progress accurately and raise concerns when needed.
• Receive ongoing training to grow in your career.
