• 5+ years of professional work experience with 2+ years in people management.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to review data and act on insights.
• Demonstrated capability to drive client ROI via coaching quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage a pod of Coaches/Instructors, owning performance and engagement.
• Create an inclusive team environment aligned with Multiverse values.
• Set clear expectations and a compelling vision for the team.
• Align team goals with Delivery objectives and KPIs.
• Drive engagement through feedback and recognition.
