Job summary

PBS4 is seeking a dedicated Support Worker (Enablement Assistant) for Freshwater, Isle of Wight. The role is full-time and permanent, paying £13.50 per hour, with day shifts in a supportive team environment.

You will help people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health, and complex needs by delivering person-centred care, adapting to individual preferences, and enabling them to live the life they deserve.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health, or physical disabilities.
• Ability to adapt support to individual needs and provide person-centred care.
• Demonstrated empathy, professionalism and resilience in team settings.
