Job summary

HotelCare are recruiting Room Attendants to uphold impeccable cleanliness in guest rooms across nationwide hotels.

You will clean rooms to strict standards, replace linens, restock amenities, and maintain hygiene. Training is provided; on-site duties may require lifting and standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role within hospitality (housekeeping or room attendant) preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy guest rooms to established standards.
• Change bed linens, replace towels, empty bins and restock amenities.
• Dust furniture, vacuum carpets and clean mirrors.
• Sanitize surfaces for hygiene.
• Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and toiletries.
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly.
• Follow supervisor instructions and safety protocols.
• Ensure room security and guest privacy.
• Provide professional and respectful service to guests.
