Job summary

HotelCare are hiring Room Attendants to maintain impeccable cleanliness across guest rooms and public areas in hotels nationwide. You will clean, restock and present rooms to high standards while safeguarding guest privacy and safety.

The role offers flexible hours, on-site training, and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality industry, particularly housekeeping or room attendant roles.
• Ability to lift, bend, stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to hotel standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy guest rooms to established standards.
• Change bed linens, replace towels, empty bins and restock amenities.
• Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and clean mirrors.
• Sanitize surfaces to maintain hygiene.
• Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and toiletries.
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly.
• Follow supervisor instructions and safety protocols.
• Ensure guest room privacy and provide respectful service.

Hours of work: 0-40 hours per week / Available to work some weekends.
