Intermountain Health is seeking an EMT Radiology Technologist Assistant to support imaging services at St. Mary’s Regional Hospital in Grand Junction, CO. You will assist in preparing patients, ensuring safety and comfort, and coordinating care under the technologist guidance.

The role requires strong communication, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and may include IV insertion upon competency. EMT license preferred; BLS required.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma.
• BLS for Caregivers required.
• EMT License preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Safe and effective delivery of patient care under technologist direction.
• Prepare patient for the exam and address needs during care.
• Assist patients on/off procedure tables and to/from procedure rooms.
• Coordinate and oversee patient care.
• Communicate relevant information to other care providers after procedures.
• Inspect transport equipment and notify when repairs are needed.
• Transport patients to/from the Imaging department ensuring comfort.
