This PRN Day Shift position offers opportunities to perform telemetry tasks as needed, possibly serve as a Health Unit Coordinator, and contribute to a compassionate, patient-centered environment

Qualifikationen

• Current CNA certification in Colorado.
• BLS certification for healthcare providers.
• Demonstrated basic computer literacy skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Provide basic patient care and comfort measures and assist with activities of daily living.
• Report patient care findings promptly and document data accurately.
• Monitor patients and assist with telemetry as required; collaborate with RN and care team.
• Transport medications and prepare unit supplies as needed.
• May assume Health Unit Coordinator duties, including answering phones and transcribing orders.
• Support plan of care implementation and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
