Job summary

Abri is seeking an Empty Homes Coordinator to join our team on a fixed-term contract for 7 months in England. You’ll bring order to multiple moving parts, coordinating surveys, works and diaries to get homes ready for new customers as quickly as possible.

The role focuses on building strong relationships with operatives, supervisors and contractors, solving problems, and driving process improvements to deliver great service.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Confidence communicating with a range of people.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• The ability to juggle priorities and stay one step ahead.
• Experience in scheduling, coordination or property-related services would be helpful.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate surveys, works and schedules to prepare homes.
• Arrange surveys and coordinate works with operatives, supervisors and contractors.
• Manage diaries and ensure teams have the right information and support.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and deliver a great service.
