Hft is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to empower learning disabled adults to live life their way. In this role you’ll support independence, personal care when needed, and help people engage in daily activities, health appointments, and community life with dignity and respect.

You’ll join a warm, inclusive team that values wellbeing, training, and flexible shifts including evenings and weekends. Experience in social care is welcome but not essential; your values and attitude matter most as

Qualifications

• Patience, supportiveness and respect for people’s choices.
• Strong communication to build trusting relationships.
• Willingness to learn and pursue a Health and Social Care qualification.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, waking and sleep-in shifts.
