Hft is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to empower learning disabled adults to live life their way. You will support independence, help with daily routines, and encourage engagement in meaningful activities within a safe, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, waking and sleep-in shifts.

Responsibilities

• Empower independence and choice for people with learning disabilities.
• Encourage participation in social, leisure, work and community activities.
• Promote health, safety, and wellbeing while respecting decisions.
• Support attendance at health appointments and medication management.
• Help people gain new skills and confidence step by step.
• Assist with daily living and personal care where needed.
• Keep accurate records and follow safeguarding practices.
