Qualifications

• Ability to support learning disabled adults with dignity.
• Willingness to work towards a Health and Social Care qualification.
• Experience in social care is welcome but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Enable people to make their own choices and live life their way.
• Encourage participation in social, leisure, work, and community activities.
• Promote health, safety, and wellbeing while respecting people’s decisions.
• Support people to attend health appointments and manage medication confidently.
• Build independence and self-belief.
• Keep accurate records and follow safeguarding practices.
