Job summary

Thera Trust is seeking a dedicated Support Worker in Lincolnshire to assist adults with learning disabilities in daily living and personal goal achievement. You will provide personal and emotional support, help plan activities, and work in the community or clients’ homes to enable independence.

No prior qualifications are required; full training is provided. A compassionate, confident, and resilient attitude, plus excellent communication, are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• No previous experience or qualifications required, Free, Skills for Care endorsed full training will be provided
• Compassionate, caring, confident and resilient

• Self-starter, with a high level of motivation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Confident, articulate, and professional

Responsibilities

• Support adults with learning disabilities in daily living and personal goals.
• Help develop new skills and manage housing and finances.
