Job summary

The Fedcap Group is seeking an Employability Tutor/Trainer for on-site delivery in Skelmersdale. You will run group workshops and 1:1 coaching to help clients develop CVs, digital skills, interview techniques and broader career planning to secure meaningful employment.

You will use adult-education principles, adapt to varied learning styles and collaborate with teams to deliver high-impact training that improves outcomes and confidence.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training to adult learners, ideally in employability or community learning.
• Ability to apply adult learning theory in practical delivery.
• Experience with blended learning and digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver learner-centred training through group workshops and 1:1 sessions.
• Cover CV writing, digital skills, interview prep and career planning.
• Assess progress and adapt delivery for diverse adult learners.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver innovative training solutions.
