Job summary

Trigon Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Mental Health & Employability Tutor to deliver engaging learning and development support to adult learners across Wigan, Ashton and Leigh.

You will run group sessions and provide one-to-one coaching, using person-centred approaches to build confidence and employment readiness.

The role offers ongoing sessional work with predictable weekday delivery hours and pro-rata salary."

Qualifications

• Experience delivering mental health, employability or adult learning.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learners.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience supporting learners to progress to education or employment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver inclusive learning sessions for adults with mental health barriers.
• Provide group workshops and one-to-one coaching.
• Support learners with CV development, job searching and interview preparation.
• Maintain learner records and progress on organisational database.
• Travel between Wigan, Ashton and Leigh delivery locations.
