Routes to Work South (RTWS) is an award-winning charity delivering employability and skills services across South Lanarkshire. We are seeking a Specialist Services Leader to support a diverse range of clients, including young people and adults with health or wellbeing needs, through person-centred employability support.

The role involves working with employers and partner organisations to identify opportunities, develop personalised action plans, and help clients progress to sustainable

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a client-facing employability/support role.
• Experience supporting diverse client groups facing barriers to progress toward employment.
• Target- and performance-driven with ability to meet KPIs and targets.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Flexible to cope with changing client needs and a target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver KPI targets and contribute to team performance within the contract framework.
• Manage a caseload of clients from diverse backgrounds and with varying support needs.
• Develop individual Action Plans with clients and regularly review progress.
• Provide tailored information, advice, guidance, coaching and practical support.
• Ensure up-to-date auditable documentation and maintain GDPR-compliant records.
