Qualifications

• Experience supporting adults with profound learning disabilities and complex healthcare needs.
• Ability to adapt support to individual needs and engage in activities with groups or 1:1 sessions.
• Strong communication skills, including use of picture exchange, objects of reference and Makaton.

Responsibilities

• Support customers to maintain independence and build meaningful relationships.
• Provide assistance with personal care and mobility per Care and Support plan.
• Use communication techniques to promote inclusion and engagement.
