Qualifications

• Experience in social housing and tenancy management.
• Understanding of affordable housing, welfare reform, and disabled customers' needs.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support residents and manage tenancies with an accessible, responsive service.
• Promote sustainable tenancies and communities, prevent arrears and voids.
• Assess individual needs and coordinate with internal teams and external agencies.
• Build partnerships with residents, local authorities and support agencies to achieve positive outcomes.
• Monitor properties, maintain records, meet targets and ensure value for money.
