Job summary

St. Anthony’s School in Chichester is seeking a Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 4-16 with complex learning needs. The role is 30 hours per week, term time only plus one INSET week, with an actual salary of £17,871 per year.

Interviews are scheduled for 06/10/2026, and the contract is permanent. The successful candidate will work in the Secondary Department, supporting students in class, small groups and one-to-one settings, with an emphasis on personalised learning and safeguarding.

Qualifications

• Supports learning for pupils with complex needs in classroom, small groups or individually.
• Interest or experience in working with Autism is desirable.
