MIDSOMER NORTON SCHOOLS PARTNERSHIP invites applications for a Teaching Assistant in our Specialist Resource Base. You will support pupils with SPLD, delivering high-quality learning experiences aligned to the National Curriculum in a bespoke, inclusive environment.

You’ll help bridge the gap between the specialist base and mainstream classes, focusing on confidence, independence and the development of essential skills. A compassionate, patient and adaptable approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils with SPLD in a school setting.
• Ability to work between specialist base and mainstream classrooms.
