Orchard Park High School is seeking a caring Teaching Assistant to support learners across year groups, helping students build confidence, develop resilience and achieve in a supportive, inclusive environment.

You will work with teachers and small groups, assist with classroom activities, monitor progress and contribute to pastoral and inclusion work, with opportunities for professional development within Greenshaw Learning Trust.

Qualifications

• Educated to GCSE grade C/4 or higher in English and Mathematics
• Proficient in IT skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Google Drive)
• Experience in a Secondary school/education setting
• Experience supporting English as a New language (EN) students in a mainstream classroom

Responsibilities

• Support learning across a range of subjects and year groups, with individual students and small groups
