Job summary

Orchard Park High School, part of Greenshaw Learning Trust, is seeking a caring Teaching Assistant to support students across year groups. You will work with individuals and small groups, helping create a focused learning environment and contributing to pastoral and inclusion work.

The ideal candidate will have GCSEs in English and Maths at grade C/4, solid IT skills, experience in a secondary setting and familiarity with supporting English as an Additional Language students.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 (or equivalent) required.
• Proficient IT skills with Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Google Drive.
• Experience in a secondary school environment.
• Experience supporting EN (English as a non-native language) students in a mainstream classroom.
