Day and night shifts are available, with emphasis on safeguarding, wellbeing and personal development. You will work closely with a supportive team and receive ongoing training to help young people build independent, fulfilling lives.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting young people or vulnerable adults is desirable.
• A caring, resilient and proactive approach.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Understanding of safeguarding and person-centred support.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support to young adults aged 18–25.
• Assist with daily living skills, education, employment and independent living.
