Qualificações

• Experience in a support worker, care, or similar role is desirable.
• Caring, positive and reliable approach.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of safeguarding and person-centred support.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsabilidades

• Provide person-centred support to adults with a range of needs.
• Assist with daily living skills, personal development, and community engagement.
• Promote independence, choice, dignity and wellbeing.
• Support individuals to access appointments, education, employment and social activities.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to support plans.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and external professionals.
